Have you ever been asked, Who owns that property and how do I get a hold of them?

We find people and make them an offer! We go in person with the correct paperwork and a notary so we can do the deal right then and there.
Why do we go in person? Because if you call them, generally people will just hang up on you. But if you show up in person offering them money, they will almost always at least hear you out.

When doing our research, we go beyond public tax records. We look up the deed for verification and even put together a complete chain of title if we need to. Once the owner(s) are identified, we can give you the who, how & when of how they became the owners.
Our research database access is one level below that of a licensed private investigator and we enjoy an 85% hit rate. Once we locate an owner we can forward you the information or make contact on your behalf.
For our tax deed clients, establishing contact entails typically working to buy the owners interest in the property. We do this so our clients don't have to go through the Barment or foreclosure process. This way you can immediately redeem your own tax deed and utilize the property as you wish.

Property Management
Our experience isn't new but our company is, that's why we need your referrals!
We pay full commissions for Landlord referrals! (And we don't charge the property owner anything extra)
Out of the standard first months rent fee, we'll pay 1/2 of the first months rent to the leasing agent and pay you the other 1/2 for the referral!

Most sales agents refer out property management inquiries, we want that referral! We offer full-service property management services with guaranteed bill pay and we always fully warranty all maintenance and repair work.

Do you have a buyer client with more cash than credit? Usually that will limit you to owner finance deals and those are some slim pickings!
